Villages of Life’s vision is to provide the infrastructure for the in-country organisation to fulfil their vision. From project design through construction and into project running we endeavour to empower Youth for Christ Burundi to impact not only the local economy of Burundi but to raise the next generation of Leaders to take Burundi into a brighter future.

Villages of Life is a Non-Government Organisation dedicated to providing the essentials of life where they are most needed.

We aim to provide housing, education, medical and training facilities, family structure for widows and orphans, and employment for the people of Burundi.

Through tax-deductible donations from corporate Australia, schools, churches and families, our vision is to build sustainable villages, provide shelter and accommodation for up to 12+ widows and 90+ orphans living in a structured family environment, where once there was none.

Each project would consist of 12+ Orphan homes, a Primary school for 400+ students, a medical centre and a Trades based School for carpentry, metalwork and sewing.

All building materials and labour will be sourced locally in an effort to boost the local economy and create much needed employment.
