This project seeks to increase the capacity of the community to provide for an Educational Facility for 6 classrooms together with an Administration block including staff room, Library, Computer room and Toilet blocks. 

All the building materials can be sourced locally to benefit the local economy.

Local carpenters and brick layers will be employed and taught how to construct the classrooms under the guidance and assistance of YFC Kenya building team.

Education being one of the major keys to releasing individuals and communities out of poverty.

The school will be run as a private school by YFC Kenya with class sizes of a maximum of 30 children per class ensuring each child has adequate opportunity to achieve their best academic potential. The school will start with preprimary 1&2 and grades 1-4 and grow over the coming years to fulfill the complete grades within the standard Kenyan education system.

Villages of Life will provide the infrastructure for YFC Kenya to fulfill their Vision which is “To provide quality and affordable education to families in need within Kenya”

“To raise the least of these to be the best they can be.”

Training and employment will be provided for local people during the construction of the school.
